- Update reminder notifications (email and/or text)
- Record information in an online confidential journal (optional)

If you are unable to access the CounSol Portal, the following link is to meet with Sheryl through an alternative HIPAA secure teletherapy forum. Please notify Sheryl if you need to use Google Meet prior to your appointment and Sheryl will send you a link by email. You do not need a Google account to access this platform.
